💼 What You’ll Be Doing

💬 Support global clients via chat and email in German and English
📂 Manage client accounts, records, and back-office queries
📞 Deliver top-notch phone support with professional etiquette
🔧 Troubleshoot technical issues with Libertex and MT4 trading platforms
🔍 Collaborate with Compliance on account approvals and complaints
📢 Promote products and services to prospective and existing clients
🤝 Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
📈 Contribute to team goals and exceed client satisfaction standards
🛠️ Handle additional tasks as needed across departments

🎯 What We’re Looking For
🗣️ Native/fluent in German with solid English communication (B2+)
🎓 Degree in Business or related field
📚 Prior experience in customer support is a major plus
🖥️ Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and customer service systems
📊 Familiarity with MetaTrader platforms is a bonus
🕒 Available for rotating shifts (09:00–18:00, 10:00–19:00, 12:00–21:00)
