Technical Customer Service with Norwegian
Join a leading global travel & tourism brand and help deliver excellent service experiences to customers across the world! As a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Representative, you’ll be at the heart of providing reliable, professional, and friendly support.

Compensation: Base salary + performance-based incentives
💼 Responsibilities:
📞 Handle customer interactions via phone, email, live chat, and social media
🔍 Provide accurate information and assistance in line with company policies
🛠️ Support users with product/service inquiries and basic technical troubleshooting
📋 Accurately document case details in internal systems
🚨 Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams when needed
🤝 Collaborate with colleagues and technical teams for case resolution
🗂️ Manage your queue of service tickets and prioritize effectively
💡 Share feedback to improve service processes
🎯 Requirements:
✔️ Native/fluent in Norwegian (C2), fluent in English (B2 or higher)
✔️ Excellent communication skills across multiple channels
✔️ Basic understanding of customer service best practices
✔️ Problem-solving mindset and adaptability
✔️ Ability to quickly learn new tools and processes
✔️ Team-oriented with strong attention to detail and task management
✔️ Willing to work in a dynamic, evolving environment
