📍 Location: Lisbon, Portugal

🎯 Your mission:
📞 Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media
📝 Provide accurate and clear responses aligned with company procedures
💡 Assist customers with product, service, and basic technical support queries
📂 Log and manage cases in internal systems with detailed documentation
⏫ Escalate complex issues to the relevant support teams when needed
🤝 Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure efficient problem resolution
📊 Manage and prioritize your service tickets effectively
💬 Share feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
✅ What you bring:
🗣 Native or fluent Danish (C2) and fluent English (B2)
📱 Excellent communication skills across multiple channels
🧠 Basic knowledge of customer service and ability to follow protocols
🔧 Comfort with handling basic tech issues and learning new systems quickly
🧩 Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
