🎯 Your mission:
📞 Engage with clients via phone, email, chat, and messaging platforms
💡 Assist with general inquiries, product information, and basic tech troubleshooting
🧩 Follow communication guidelines to ensure brand consistency and service quality
🛠 Escalate complex issues to specialized internal teams as needed
🤝 Collaborate with technical teams to resolve service requests efficiently
🗂 Manage assigned support cases according to team protocols and timelines
✅ What you bring:
🗣 Native or fluent German (C2) and good English (B2+) communication skills
💬 Strong verbal and written communication across multiple digital platforms
🎯 Customer service mindset with the ability to follow structured support processes
🖥 Basic technical knowledge or interest in resolving common tech issues
