Business Developer
We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Developer with deep knowledge of their local market and a passion for uncovering new business opportunities. This is a remote B2B contract role suited for someone with at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales and business development who can take the lead on identifying and initiating high-potential deals.

📞 Initiate outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls
🧠 Present tailored solutions that resonate with your market’s challenges
🤝 Set up discovery calls and prepare the ground for smooth handoffs to the sales team
📈 Collaborate with internal teams to refine the go-to-market strategy
🧾 Report on pipeline activity, lead quality, and business opportunities
🎯 Your Profile:
✔️ 5+ years in business development or sales in a B2B environment
✔️ Deep understanding of your local market and industry dynamics
✔️ Proven success in lead generation and early-stage deal development
✔️ Excellent communication skills in English; local language a strong plus
✔️ Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM tools and prospecting platforms
✔️ Self-starter mentality with a drive to exceed targets
✔️ Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
