Customer Service Representative with Dutch
Join a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy and support a global travel and tourism brand! As a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative, you’ll handle a variety of customer interactions and ensure each traveler receives exceptional assistance. 🌍 Location: Lisbon, Portugal – On-site
🕒 Employment type: Fixed term (6 months) with possibility of extension or permanent contract

🗣️ Languages: Dutch (C2/native), English (min. B2)
💶 Compensation: Base salary + performance incentives
✨ What you’ll do:
📞 Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media
📚 Provide accurate product/service info and resolve basic technical issues
🧾 Log and track all case details in internal systems
📈 Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when necessary
👥 Collaborate with teammates and technical departments to resolve concerns
🧠 Prioritize tasks effectively and maintain organized service queues
💬 Contribute feedback to improve processes and team knowledge
✅ What we’re looking for:
🗣️ Native/fluent Dutch and fluent English (min. B2)
💬 Strong communication skills across all customer channels
🧑💻 Fast learner with tech troubleshooting ability
🧩 Detail-oriented and multitasking pro

📚 Experience in customer service is a strong advantage
