💡 Implement high-impact campaign optimization strategies aligned to client goals

🎯 Create keyword packs, bids, and budget recommendations
📑 Build reports that support strategic marketing decisions
📱 Optimize across Search, GSN, Mobile, and Video platforms
🔍 Identify growth and upsell opportunities

✅ What we're looking for:
🗣️ Native/fluent Polish and fluent English (min. B2)
🧠 1–2 years’ experience in digital marketing (B2B experience a plus)
💻 Comfortable with AdWords/Google Ads and Microsoft Excel
📈 Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
📚 Fast learner with excellent problem-solving skills
📜 AdWords certification is a bonus!
