🗣 Languages: English (mandatory); local languages (Arabic, Azerbaijani, Georgian) are a plus
💼 Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in healthcare recruitment

🔍 What you'll do:

💼 Manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare roles in Egypt, Azerbaijan & Georgia
🔎 Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates
📊 Maintain a pipeline of healthcare professionals for active and future roles
🤝 Collaborate with hiring managers and partners to understand staffing needs
📝 Handle all relevant documentation and ensure compliance with local labor regulations
📢 Promote vacancies through multiple sourcing channels and local job boards

✅ What you bring:
🎓 Minimum 3 years of experience recruiting in the healthcare industry
🌍 In-depth knowledge of local labor markets in at least one of the specified countries
📞 Strong sourcing and communication skills, both written and verbal
💻 Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
🗣 Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic, Azerbaijani or Georgian is a plus
🧩 Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
