We’re partnering with a "Top Workplace" award-winning tech outsourcing company that’s looking to onboard a dynamic and driven German-speaking Inside Sales Representative. You’ll be part of a fast-paced sales environment promoting a world-class business marketing tool across the EMEA market.

Location: Dublin (Remote, with 1 day/month in office)

🧾 What You’ll Be Doing

📣 Educate potential and current users on the product’s value and benefits
📈 Engage and qualify a high volume of inbound and outbound leads
🧠 Leverage each stage of the sales cycle to move deals forward
📬 Respond to inquiries and generate qualified sales appointments
🎯 Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
⚙️ Experiment with new strategies to streamline the sales process
📞 Manage and close leads from new and existing clients

🔍 What We’re Looking For
🗣️ Native/Fluent German (C1+) and strong English communication
📊 1–2+ years of experience in sales (B2B or SaaS preferred)
🤝 Proven ability to close deals and manage a healthy pipeline
🧩 Curious, goal-driven, and process-oriented sales mindset
📅 Experience with lead qualification, forecasting, and Salesforce (preferred)
💡 Entrepreneurial approach and a collaborative spirit
🧠 Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities
