🎯 Responsibilities Include:

🔧 Install, test, and maintain AV equipment and custom systems
🎬 Operate video cameras and production switchers for media events
💡 Design and create AV systems tailored to production needs
📡 Manage transmission links and troubleshoot technical issues
🧠 Keep up with industry trends and new tech developments
💼 Ensure safety compliance and clear communication across teams
🎤 Support live event operations with AV setups and real-time adjustments

✅ What You’ll Need:
🇵🇹 Native/fluent Portuguese (C1) + strong English (C1) communication
✈️ Willingness to attend fully paid training (6 months in Romania & Serbia)
📸 Strong photography and camera skills, including exposure and lens use
🎥 Hands-on experience with video compositing, chroma keying, and video signal transmission
🛠 Background in electronic engineering and AV communication tech
🧩 Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills
🤝 Great team collaboration and time management
💻 Advanced IT knowledge and adaptability in fast-paced environments
