πŸ’¬ Communicate with customers via live chat and email
🀝 Deliver professional, empathetic, and timely support
πŸ” Investigate and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
πŸ“š Stay informed on products, offers, and terms
βš™οΈ Escalate complex issues to internal teams when needed
πŸ•΅οΈ Conduct initial investigations to support resolution

🎯 What You Bring:
πŸ—£οΈ Fluent/native Dutch + fluent English (B2 min)
πŸ’» Tech-savvy with fast and accurate typing skills
πŸ‘« Great interpersonal and communication skills
πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡Ί Must be eligible to work in Cyprus (no visa support)
πŸ”„ Able to work rotating shifts (Mon–Fri):
 ‒ 09:00–18:00
 ‒ 13:00–22:00
 ‒ 16:00–01:00
