๐ฐ Remuneration: Base Salary + Bonuses
๐ฌ What Youโll Do:
๐ Handle inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries
๐ Support bookings, vehicle availability, and reservation updates
๐ Provide guidance on policies, insurance, and extra services
๐ก Identify upselling opportunities and promote added value
๐ค Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
๐๏ธ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
๐ฏ What You Bring:
๐ฃ๏ธ Native/fluent in Dutch (C2) + English fluency (min. B2)
๐ 1+ year of experience in a customer service or contact center role (preferred)
๐ Sales-driven mindset with a passion for helping customers
๐ป Comfortable using digital tools and platforms
๐ Great interpersonal & communication skills
๐งฉ Problem-solving attitude and ability to resolve conflicts
