๐ Location: Porto, Portugal (On-site)
๐๏ธ Contract Type: 6-Month Fixed Term
๐ผ Employment Type: Full-time
๐ฐ Remuneration: Base Salary + Bonuses
โจ Your Daily Mission:
๐ Handle inbound calls and assist customers with travel inquiries
๐ Guide customers through bookings, vehicle availability, and changes
๐ Explain policies, insurance, and extras to ensure a seamless experience
๐ Identify upsell opportunities and promote value-added services
๐ค Resolve customer complaints while maintaining a high level of service
๐๏ธ Accurately document all interactions and case resolutions
๐ What You Bring:
๐ฃ๏ธ Fluent in French (C2) + English (B2 minimum)
๐ 1+ year in Customer Service or Contact Centre (preferred)
๐ช Strong sales skills with a goal-oriented mindset
๐ป Comfortable using digital tools and platforms
๐ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
๐ง Quick thinking, conflict resolution, and problem-solving capabilities
