β¨ Your Key Responsibilities:
π Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
π Develop in-depth knowledge of company products and services
βοΈ Handle customer correspondence with care and accuracy
ποΈ Keep administrative records up to date
π§ Guide customers using product resources and manuals
π Communicate clearly in Dutch and English across different markets
π What Weβre Looking For:
π£οΈ Fluent in Dutch (C1 level) & good English (min. B2)
π High school diploma or equivalent
π€ Excellent customer service & relationship-building skills
π‘ Motivated, self-organized, and enthusiastic personality
