πΉ Key Responsibilities:
β Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
β Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
β Coordinate internal processes, resolve technical issues, and ensure smooth campaign delivery.
β Educate clients on product features and provide training to enhance their campaigns.
β Advise on data-driven media strategies, defining KPIs and improving campaign performance.
β Track and analyze performance data, maintaining accurate reports and optimization insights.
β Identify and pitch upsell opportunities, managing outcomes and tracking results.
β Lead client and internal meetings, presenting performance reviews and strategic recommendations.
β Drive process improvements for greater efficiency and performance.
β Align strategies with business goals, managing tasks proactively.
β Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth integrations.
β Collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones to support international clients.
πΉ What Weβre Looking For:
β Native or fluent in Mandarin (C1 level) with strong English proficiency (B2).
β 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, with at least 1 year managing mid-market or performance accounts.
β Experience in campaign execution, optimization, and partner management.
β Strong technical proficiency, troubleshooting skills, and campaign optimization experience.
β Comprehensive knowledge of advertising platforms, tools, and mobile measurement platforms (MMP).
β Strong ability to analyze data, track performance, and define KPIs.
β Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
β Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of independently leading projects.
β Experience in marketing automation initiatives (MAI) is a plus.
β Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration and escalation processes.
β Ability to work across multiple time zones and support international teams.
