🧠 Role Overview

As a Business Advisor, you'll work directly with clients to understand their business goals and provide consultative support in selecting and implementing cloud-based services. You’ll be part of a high-performing team focused on driving customer satisfaction, fostering long-term relationships, and identifying growth opportunities—all while working in a hybrid environment by the coast!

📋 Key Responsibilities
🔎 Quickly identify client needs through active listening and effective questioning
🧭 Guide customers in making informed decisions with a consultative approach
🌐 Develop expertise in cloud services, cost management, and monitoring tools
💬 Serve as a trusted technical resource for client queries and concerns
📈 Understand the customer journey and identify key sales opportunities
💡 Spot both short-term and long-term prospects and follow up post-evaluation
🔄 Provide valuable feedback to internal teams to enhance services and performance

🔍 What We’re Looking For
🗣️ Native/fluent in Dutch with solid English skills (minimum B2)
🤝 Consultative mindset with the ability to build lasting client relationships
🧠 Technically curious, eager to learn about cloud tools and digital solutions
🎯 Detail-oriented with a problem-solving approach
⏰ Monday to Friday schedule: 39-hour work week, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
📍 Must be eligible to work in the EU
