✅ Payroll & HR Administration

• Manage employee data, attendance, absences, and leave records.
• Assist in payroll processing and related accounting tasks.
• Ensure compliance with German labor laws and payroll regulations.

✅ Employee Support & Documentation

• Provide support and guidance on HR-related matters.
• Issue necessary certificates and employment documentation.
• Perform general administrative tasks and collaborate with management.

🔹 What You Bring:

🔹 Language Skills: Fluent German (C1) and English (B2+).
🔹 Experience: At least 1 year of German payroll processing & labor law knowledge.
🔹 HR & Payroll Background: Experience in HR administration or payroll accounting is a plus.
🔹 Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills & accuracy in payroll tasks.
🔹 Tech-Savvy: Proficient in office software & productivity tools.
🔹 Work Authorization: Must have a valid work permit for Germany.
