🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ SEO Strategy & Execution – Improve search rankings & organic traffic through on-page, off-page & technical SEO
✔ Keyword Research & Audits – Leverage tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush & Google Search Console for insights
✔ Google Ads & YouTube Ads Management – Plan, launch & optimize paid ad campaigns for multiple clients
✔ Campaign Performance Tracking – Use Google Analytics, Tag Manager & data-driven insights to boost ROI
✔ A/B Testing & CRO – Optimize landing pages, bidding strategies & ad creatives for higher conversions
✔ Collaboration – Work closely with the marketing team to align SEO & paid media efforts with business goals
🔹 Ideal Profile & Requirements:
✅ Fluent in German & English (written & spoken)
✅ Proven experience in SEO, Google Ads & YouTube Ads
✅ Strong analytical & data-driven mindset
✅ Expertise with Google Analytics, GTM & keyword research tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
✅ Experience in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) & UX best practices
✅ Ability to manage ad budgets efficiently & maximize performance
