🎯 Key Responsibilities:

📞 Identify & pursue new institutional clients via cold calling, networking & industry contacts
📈 Develop & execute strategic sales plans to exceed targets and close high-value deals
🔍 Generate a strong pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into long-term partnerships
🌍 Represent the company at global industry events, engaging with key decision-makers
🤝 Expand the Introducing Brokers (IB) network through incentive programs & partnerships
📊 Monitor market trends & regulatory changes, refining sales strategies accordingly
📋 Track sales activities & performance metrics via CRM tools (Salesforce)

✔ Requirements:

✅ Fluent in English (both written & spoken)
✅ 5+ years of direct sales experience in the FX industry, specifically in liquidity solutions
✅ Proven track record of closing large deals & exceeding sales targets
✅ Strong network of institutional clients (banks, hedge funds, trading firms, etc.)
✅ Experience with Introducing Brokers & expanding IB networks
✅ Exceptional sales, negotiation & closing skills
✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
✅ Proficiency in CRM & sales analytics tools (Salesforce, etc.)
