In collaboration, we are partnering with a leading financial advisory firm, seeking an experienced M&A Director to drive mergers & acquisitions, fundraising, and corporate finance initiatives. This role requires a seasoned finance professional with a strong track record in cross-border transactions, deep knowledge of the Vietnamese financial market, and an extensive network of investors and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Lead and execute end-to-end M&A transactions, including origination, structuring, negotiation, and execution.
📌 Manage due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation assessments to ensure transaction success.
📌 Build and maintain relationships with private equity firms, investment banks, and corporate clients.
📌 Drive business development efforts, identifying and securing new deal opportunities.
📌 Oversee preparation of investment memos, pitch books, and other transaction-related materials.
📌 Advise clients on market entry strategies, fundraising, and corporate finance solutions.
📌 Collaborate with international teams to facilitate cross-border transactions.
📌 Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture.

Must-Have Qualifications:

✔ 7+ years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance.
✔ Strong track record of leading and closing transactions in Vietnam or Southeast Asia.
✔ Background in a top-tier investment bank, private equity firm, consulting firm, or Big Four advisory.
✔ Excellent financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
✔ Proven business development and client relationship management capabilities.
✔ Experience in cross-border transactions and ability to work with international stakeholders.
✔ Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership potential.
✔ Fluency in English required; Vietnamese proficiency preferred.
