In collaboration with a leading consulting firm, we are hiring a Consultant for their Prague office!
๐ Languages Needed: French, Italian, German, Slovak, Danish, Swedish, Czech, or Dutch
๐ Location: Prague, Czech Republic

Key Responsibilities
๐ Identify and screen qualified candidates for live positions
๐ Build and expand your client portfolio
๐ Prepare professional CVs for submission to clients
๐ค Arrange interviews for senior consultants and assist in daily tasks
๐ Reach out to potential clients via phone or email
Requirements
๐ Fluency in one of the listed languages (C1) and strong English (B2)
๐ Minimum 2 yearsโ experience in agency recruitment with $100K+ annual billings
๐ Degree in HR or related fields (advantageous)
๐ฌ Exceptional communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
โฑ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
๐ป Proficient in MS Office and tech-savvy
โ๏ธ Willingness to travel as needed
