In collaboration with a leading consulting firm, we are hiring a Consultant for their Prague office!
π Languages Needed: French, Italian, German, Slovak, Danish, Swedish, Czech, or Dutch
π Location: Prague, Czech Republic

π° Remuneration: Base Salary + Excellent Commission

Key Responsibilities
π Identify and screen qualified candidates for live positions
π Build and expand your client portfolio
π Prepare professional CVs for submission to clients
π€ Arrange interviews for senior consultants and assist in daily tasks
π Reach out to potential clients via phone or email
Requirements
π Fluency in one of the listed languages (C1) and strong English (B2)
π Minimum 2 yearsβ experience in agency recruitment with $100K+ annual billings
π Degree in HR or related fields (advantageous)
π¬ Exceptional communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
β± Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
π» Proficient in MS Office and tech-savvy
βοΈ Willingness to travel as needed
