Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in Business Development
• Extensive network in Payments and SMEs; familiarity with digital currency industry a plus
• Proven experience in managing a team, with strong leadership and strategic vision
• Success stories in 0-1 market expansion
• Highly goal-oriented, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure
• Proficiency in English, with additional languages advantageous
