🔹 Must-Have Qualifications

✅ Fluency in German – Strong communication skills for international sales and negotiations

✅ Education & Industry Knowledge – Bachelor's degree or higher, with experience in international trade, foreign trade documentation, and global market regulations

🔹 Preferred Experience

➕ Background in Security or Smart Building Industries – Experience in these fields gives an edge in understanding market demand
➕ Familiarity with Benchmark Companies – Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview, Huawei, Lifesmart, or similar industry leaders
➕ Permanent Residency (for Chinese applicants preferred) – Domestic expatriates and native German speakers are welcome
