π― What You'll Be Doing
π Be "the face" of the company, delivering expert knowledge and superior gaming quality
π Represent and maintain the brand by following presentation and grooming policies
π€ Present all games professionally, showcasing exceptional presenting skills at all times
β¨ Engage players and keep them entertained throughout
π― Maintain technical proficiency across all games, staying aware of performance and brand compliance
π Play an active role in the company's continuous improvement and growth plans
β What We're Looking For
πΉπ· Native/fluent Turkish (C2) + π¬π§ English (B2), oral and written
π Must already be based in Romania with full working rights
π Exceptional presenting skills
π Enthusiastic, positive, outgoing personality
β‘ High energy levels, even for animated, fast-paced games
πβοΈ Flexible with hours, comfortable with a 24/7 shift pattern
β° Reliable, with strong attendance and timekeeping
ποΈ Excellent attention to detail and people skills β this is a customer-facing role
