• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
• Follow established communication procedures and policies.
• Ensure inquiries are handled efficiently, while adhering to company guidelines.

✅ Decision-Making & Policy Compliance

• Evaluate customer requests and make decisions based on defined policies and guidelines.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and trustworthy online environment.

🔹 Language Skills: Native/Fluent Norwegian (C1) and Good command of English.
🔹 Skills & Personality:
