In collaboration with a leading multinational technology company, we’re on the lookout for a German-speaking Customer Support Agent to join their Lisbon office. You’ll be the voice behind one of the world’s most popular streaming platforms — supporting premium members with top-notch service and solutions.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing:
🎯 Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
🎯 Resolve customer issues and complaints within set timeframes
🎯 Troubleshoot technical and account-related problems efficiently
🎯 Escalate complex cases to the relevant department as needed
🎯 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper resolution
🎯 Keep detailed and accurate documentation of each interaction
🎯 Categorize issues and highlight potential bugs for technical review
🔍 What You Bring:
🗣️ Fluent German speaker with excellent written and verbal communication
🌍 Comfortable speaking in English (B2 level) for internal communication
🧠 Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for simplifying tech talk
💪 Resourceful and calm under pressure, even in high-demand situations
🕒 Ability to manage tight deadlines with minimal supervision
