📄 Contract Type: Limited-term (1 year) with extension possibility
💰 Remuneration: Base salary + commissions

🎯 Responsibilities:

📍 Identify and assess suitable locations for telecom antennas
🚗 Conduct site visits to gather geospatial data and create visual reports
🤝 Negotiate lease agreements with landlords and finalize contracts
🖥️ Maintain accurate records in the company’s custom software
🌍 Work in an international team of talented professionals

✔ Requirements:

✅ Native-level Dutch & fluent English skills
✅ Willingness to travel across the Netherlands for site visits
✅ Experience in sales or negotiations
✅ Exceptional negotiation & communication skills
✅ Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office proficiency)
✅ Independent, yet a strong team player
