Are you a French-speaking customer service pro with a warm, professional touch? ☎️ We're looking for a **Customer Service Advisor** to deliver exceptional support and build lasting customer relationships in a vibrant Athens setting! ✨

#### 📋 Duties & Responsibilities

👉 Manage incoming customer calls and emails professionally and promptly 📧  
👉 Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions  
👉 Build sustainable customer relationships through clear, effective communication  
👉 Provide accurate and complete information using internal tools & processes  
👉 Meet individual and team performance targets & quality standards 🎯  
👉 Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activities  
👉 Follow internal communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

🔹 Native or near-native French speaker, excellent communication & natural accent  
🔹 Good command of English  
🔹 Previous customer service experience considered an advantage  
🔹 Strong phone communication and active listening skills  
🔹 Customer-oriented mindset, able to adapt to different customer profiles  
🔹 Good MS Office skills  
🔹 Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
