Are you a driven B2B sales professional ready to own the top of the funnel? 📈 We're looking for a **Sales Development Representative** to engage prospects, build a strong pipeline, and qualify high-value opportunities in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment! 💻

#### 📋 Duties & Responsibilities

👉 Manage high-volume inbound & outbound B2B sales activities across the full sales funnel  
👉 Engage prospects daily via video calls, phone, email & social media outreach 🎥 (video meetings are the core focus!)  
👉 Identify and approach alternative decision-makers using various tools & lead gen methods  
👉 Build, manage and maintain a strong, healthy sales pipeline  
👉 Qualify leads and hand over high-quality opportunities to the onboarding team  
👉 Track and report on daily, monthly & quarterly KPIs in line with sales targets 🎯  
👉 Ensure adherence to response time SLAs and defined sales cadences  
👉 Accurately document all interactions and activities in the CRM system

#### ✅ Requirements

🔹 Native/fluent Dutch, good command of English (B2 minimum)  
🔹 1-2 years' experience in sales, lead generation, or business development  
🔹 Experience in tech or digital advertising environment strongly preferred  
🔹 Strong understanding of sales funnel, lead qualification & outreach strategies  
🔹 Confident conducting client-facing video calls daily 🎥  
🔹 Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)  
🔹 Strong organizational skills, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment  
🔹 Comfortable in performance-driven, target-oriented roles  
🔹 Digital advertising knowledge considered an advantage
