Languages: Italian (C2), English (B2+)
Compensation: Base salary + performance incentives
🧠 Your Responsibilities:
📞 Handle customer interactions via phone, email, chat & social media
🛠️ Provide accurate info and basic technical support
📋 Document customer requests and manage service tickets
⚙️ Escalate complex issues to the right teams
🤝 Collaborate with colleagues to ensure fast and effective resolutions
🧠 Offer suggestions to improve service workflows
✅ Your Profile:
🇮🇹 Native/fluent in Italian (C2) and fluent in English (min. B2)
💬 Strong communication skills across multiple platforms
🧩 Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues
💻 Quick to learn new software and technologies
🎯 Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient multitasker
